Exchange Policy (Handcrafted Apparel)

Because each hoodie is hand-dyed, hand-printed, and hand-stitched, all pieces are considered custom, small-batch garments. For this reason, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

We do, however, offer size exchanges only, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, and the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the returned item is received and approved, a replacement will be shipped.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Due to the nature of hand-dyed and hand-crafted processes, slight variations in color, texture, and print are intentional and not considered defects.
